我司企业文化活动是指企业根据企业经营、发展的需要,结合员工的需要和特点,所开展的各种文化活动。
主要包括:为提我司高企业员工的文化素质和劳动技能开展的学习培训活动;为开发员工智力,培养员工的创造性和成就感,开展的技术创新活动;为培养和提高员工艺术审美水平和艺术创造能力开展的文学艺术活动;为丰富员工的精神生活,陶治员工情操的娱乐活动,为培养员工拼搏精神,增强体质开展的体育竞技活动;为使员工增强对企业的感情,为使员工树立起主人翁意识,强化和确立共同理想和意识开展的思想性活动,等等。
我司文化活动,总的来说,有如下三个特点。
第一,功能性。
不论是哪种形式的文化活动,一般说来,都是为了发挥其特定功能而进行的,并不是因为它们与其特殊的生产有必然的、内在的联系(当然技术性活动有些不同),已如上述。还要指出的是,一般文化所具有的如发展物质文明的主导功能、对精神文明建设的主体功能、对智力开发的动力功能、对共同意识的凝聚功能等,它都具有。
第二,开发性。
这包括三个具体内容:一是开发生活,
拓展人的生活空间,丰富人的生活内容,增添人的生活乐趣,美化人的生活、心理、文化环境。二是开发人的素质,包括人的体质、智力、脑力以及道德情操、价值追求、品质修养等。三是生产、技术、工艺、产品等的开发。
第三,社会性。
我司内搞的各种功能性文化活动,本身即带有共性,是社会各企业、事业单位、学校、团体等都可以搞的“通用件”(专业技术培训等例外)。另一方面,又可通过这些功能性文化活动,如歌舞晚会、舞会、各种球赛、报告会等,同社会各界加强联系,相互交流信息,同时,在与社会各界日益增多的接触中,亦可更多地了解用户、消费者对本企业产品、服务的意见和要求,提高产品(服务)质量,促进我司生产经营的发展
作为功能文化,文化活动大体上可分为文体娱乐性、福利性、技术性、思想性4大类型。
1.娱乐性活动
这是我司内部(也包括部分以公司名义)开展和组织的文艺、体育等娱乐活动,如举办和组织员工之家、工人俱乐部、电影放映晚会、录像放映、电子游艺、图书阅览、征文比赛、摄影比赛、书法比赛、周末舞会、文艺演出、春秋季运动会、各种球类比赛、射击打靶、游泳、滑冰、野游、游园、钓鱼比赛、自行车比赛、“五月歌会”、“戏剧之春”、“班组之声”等。经常举行交流、比赛、辅导、展览等活动,不仅满足了不同层次员工对文化生活的需要,而且形成了适应现代化生产的社会进步要求的文明、健康、科学的生活方式和积极向上的文化氛围。这种文化氛围滋养着企业特有的优良传统和精神风貌。
2.福利性活动
这主要是我司从福利方面关心的各种活动。通过这些活动,在员工中,在公司内外,造成浓厚的人情味,造成有利于公司发展的“人情场”,使员工加深对公司的感情,加深对这种福利环境和文化氛围的依恋感。
3.技术性活动
在常规的生产、经营之外,围绕的生产、经营、技术和智力开发等问题,由我司倡导或员工自发组织进行的技术革新、管理咨询、劳动竞赛、教育培训等活动。这类文化活动可以激发员工的创造欲和成就感,使员工看到自己的价值和责任;同时,它又是公司结合生产经营,在生产过程之外培育和开发员工素质的一个基本途径,而这些活动每一次的圆满结果和获得成功、取得成果,又都可以使人产生一种满足感,从而持久地促进企业健康向上、积极进取文化环境的生成和发展。
4.思想性活动
这种包括以下类型:首要的是一些政治性的文化活动,如开展形势教育、法制教育、理想教育、道德教育、政治学习和其他有关的思想政治工作。其次,还有一些像新书报告会、生活对话会、沙龙等。

Types
As a functional culture, cultural activities can be broadly divided into 4 major types: cultural and recreational, welfare, technical and ideological.
1. Recreational activities

This cultural atmosphere nourishes the enterprise's unique fine tradition and spirit.
2.Welfare activities
This is mainly a variety of activities that our company cares about from the aspect of welfare. Through these activities, in the staff, inside and outside the company, create a strong sense of human feelings, create a “human field” conducive to the development of the company, so that the staff to deepen their feelings for the company, deepen the sense of attachment to the welfare environment and cultural atmosphere.
3.Technical activities
